Michelin, the tire-makers with an affinity for fine dining, have revealed their 2018 stars for Singapore. In the third installment of the Singapore guide, Michelin awarded 39 restaurants stars. The big news this year: Now that three-Michelin-starred French restaurant Joël Robuchon is closed, there are no three-star restaurants in Singapore.

The list of two-star restaurants also shrunk thanks to restaurant closures: Michelin-star magnet Joël Robuchon closed his Singapore outpost of L’Atelier de Joël Robuch on this year, and chef André Chiang closed Restaurant André in February, a few months after he asked to return its two Michelin stars.

There are five new restaurants with one star this year for a total of 34 restaurants with a single star. Although no new hawker fare made the list, the newly starred restaurants offer a relatively diverse array of cuisines, including barbecue restaurant Burnt Ends, Cantonese restaurant Jiang-Nan Chun, wine bar Ma Cuisine, global fine-dining restaurant Nouri, and sushi restaurant Sushi Kimura.

Last week, Michelin announced its Bib Gourmand selections for Singapore, the list of restaurants at affordable price points. This year, it includes 17 new spots, including modern nasi lemak restaurant the Coconut Club and decades-old Indian restaurant, Muthu’s Curry. The list better showcases Singapore’s famous street food, and 28 of the 50 destinations are located in hawker centers.

Here now, the full list of Michelin stars:
